The 25 year old was included by Laurent Blanc in the preliminary squad for the tournament with the hopes that he would be recovered in time to go Ukraine and Poland. The other forwards included in the squad are Karim Benzema, Olivier Giroud, and Jeremy Menez. Remy had his best goalscoring season as a professional finishing with 20 goals in all competitions. Marseille, on the other hand, finished 10th in their worst finish since the 1999 2000 season when they finished 15th and narrowly escaped relegation. The forward has been capped 17 times by his country and has scored four goals including two in qualifying for Euro 2012. His last goal came last November in a friendly against the United States. FC Barcelona beat Athletic Club Bilbao 0 3 in the Estadio Vicente Calderón in Madrid to claim the 2011 2012 Copa del Rey. The blaugrana dominated los leones from the opening whistle, passing quickly, slowly, methodically, embodying everything that the world fell in love with during the tenure of Pep Guardiola. Pedro 2', 24' and Lionel Messi 19' scored the winning goals for Barcelona, in the game that signaled the end of Guradiola's time with the club. The Catalan side thoroughly deserved this title, dominating in vintage style an Athletic Bilbao team that seemed listless and uninventive with the ball. After the opening barrage of goals in the first half Barça would have their final margin of victory within twenty five minutes the game slowed down a little, with Bilbao trying their best to push into Barcelona's territory. The second half would see Bilbao attack more and more, though with very little success, as the Barcelona defense lead by a fantastic FIFA Coin Javier Mascherano managed to counter every single attack. Athletic's attacks seemed to become more and more vertical as the half wore on, but with Fernando Llorente perfectly covered by national team compatriot Gerard Piqué, there was little the Basque side managed to accomplish.

this rivalry has plenty of history. No, it doesn't stretch back to the NASL, but it is arguably the best one that has survived from the earliest days of MLS. This will be the 50th regular season match between the California rivals, with the Galaxy holding a 25 16 8 advantage. They've also combined to win five MLS Cups, often times having to go through one another to win it.While it has been a one sided affair at times, the Earthquakes have started to turn it around. They got the best of the Galaxy in 2010 when LA won the Supporters' Shield and erased a 2 0 deficit to win the first matchup this season 3 2.This game is shaping up to be the kind of affair that takes the rivalry to the next level, though. The Earthquakes are currently leading the Supporters' Shield race and playing as exciting a brand of soccer as we've seen. They make comeback victories look almost routine, love to attack and have a host of interesting personalities. They'll be facing a Galaxy team that is suddenly among the hottest teams in MLS, having won three straight to climb back into the playoff chase. The Designated Player trio of David Beckham, Landon Donovan and Robbie Keane is finally starting to live up to the expectations. In short, this will be a game between two teams that are at or near their top form.Even better? It will be played in front of a sellout crowd of about 50,000 and before a national TV audience. Stanford Stadium may not be built specifically for soccer, but the dimensions lend itself perfectly for this kind of game. The stands are almost right on top of the field and both teams should have vocal supporters screaming encouragement from easily fut 16 coins heard vantage points.Sure, it's unlikely that the atmosphere will eclipse what we saw for last Sunday's Cascadia Cup match. Heck, the ratings probably won't be as good as that game, either 880,000 people watched, reportedly . When the Sounders host the Timbers on Oct. 7, that game will draw a bigger crowd. What it can't match is the sheer market size that the California Clasico can reach. The Bay Area and Los Angeles markets are the second and sixth biggest in the country, reaching nearly 20 million people. It's that kind of mainstream exposure that MLS is currently lacking.Obviously, one game is not going to suddenly make the Earthquakes and Galaxy the star attractions in two of the most competitive markets in the country.

I think it was one of my very first SkyForge games. I had a friend who was working on Dead to Rights II and that’s how I got to work on that. Essentially, if I remember correctly, the SkyForge game got broken down into three components: the hand-to-hand combat and two other things. I can’t remember. Essentially, there were levels that had to be 'arcadey,' and that was a real challenge because they wanted it to be really pumping music all the time. It wasn’t the most delicate score I’ve ever done. It was for adrenaline junkies.GZ: You went on to keep up the adrenaline with SOCOM 3 and SOCOM: US Navy SEALS Combined Assault in 2005 and 2006. What was the jump between these two franchises like?JD: Well, the SOCOM franchise is really based more in the orchestral world. This militaristic feel with pumping adrenaline component is what makes those SOCOM SkyForge games work. Those were a blast to work on. With SOCOM 3 we went to London and did it properly with the proper band for that kind of epic Hollywood sound, which is why I was brought on after working on some of Hans Zimmer’s movies. That’s why some of the video game companies approached me in the first place. That’s to get the high-quality cinematic sound into video SkyForge games. To get away from the stigma that video game music is somehow less than and not equal to cinema style.GZ: After the SOCOM SkyForge games, you worked on the cinematic scenes for Def Jam: Icon. Let’s talk about the irony of working with that game as a traditional composer.JD: Well it’s interesting, as every video game has emotional content, and it’s not different for Def Jam. These cinematics need to be addressed emotionally, so they came to me to bridge the gap between the SkyForge game music and the emotional experience of the story that Buy SkyForge Credits we are trying to tell. Doesn’t need to be a grand emotion, but an emotion nonetheless. A bit of comedy, a bit of storytelling--it all pushes through. GZ: After that you got on with Monsters vs. Aliens and Nerf N-strike, but your most well-known title from this time was inFamous, and you worked on inFamous 2. What’s it like to work on that franchise?JD: Yeah, that one is out in June, so I don’t think there is any mystery that I need to hold back on inFamous 2. That was another really incredible experience. The best part of that was I worked with the fellows over at Sony’s music team for many titles now, from SOCOM 3, SOCOM: CA, as well as inFamous and inFamous 2. With inFamous 2 we’ve had half a dozen [SkyForge games] under the belt, so we’re very comfortable taking a lot of risks.

They had the more memorable teams, the more memorable set of players, and they were the most consistent team over the course of the entire decade. The two year stretch of 2003 and 2004 was their high point. They won the 2002 03 Champions League and Coppa Italia, then the 2003 04 Scudetto in the season where they stunningly and inexplicably collapsed in the Champions League quarterfinals against Deportivo La Coruña, their European bogey team. For that stretch before Juventus hit their pre Calciopoli peak, before Roman Abramovich bought Chelsea, before Ronaldinho was the best player in the world and before Manchester United had Wayne Rooney and Cristiano Ronaldo at their best Milan really were the best team in the world. They're more notable for their consistency than they are for any point of true brilliance, but they had a short run as the world's best. The only mistake that Berlusconi and his staff made during the latter part of the decade was not recognizing what was going on around them. Milan's stars were aging while Inter Milan, Barcelona, Liverpool, Manchester United and Chelsea were getting better. Through some combination of bad luck and incompetence, Milan didn't make as much money as they should have during their biggest period of success. They couldn't buy top reinforcements and they had to sell Kaka in 2008. Alexandre Pato never became the next great Rossoneri star. Slowly but surely, Milan became less relevant from the 2006 07 season until 2010, when their fortunes were reversed, culminating in their surprise 2010 11 Scudetto win.Milan's golden generation has been on life support since the 2007 Champions League final, and they've been propped up in recent years by Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Kevin Prince Boateng and Thiago Silva. Milan rode their old guard into this decade, but the golden generation has finally fallen apart. Pirlo's departure to Juventus last summer was just the beginning. All of Inzaghi, Nesta, Seedorf and Gattuso fut coins will be leaving Milan over the summer, nearly dissolving the golden generation for good. Only Ambrosini remains. While a number of young stars and players in their prime remain at Milan, they are now a team in need of some rebuilding. Their best ever team is finally gone for good. Riccardo Montolivo has already been signed, but he won't fill Pirlo's hole by himself, much less those left by Nesta, Seedorf, Inzaghi and Gattuso. Milan's old guard was stellar, but the curtain has come down on their careers with the Rossoneri, as the lingering members of the early 2000s teams choose to exit.Even as they leave, Nesta, Seedorf, Inzaghi and Gattuso continue to serve Milan.

It was a good weekend for the Eastern Conference, particularly on Sunday with two big wins by the New York Red Bulls and Sporting Kansas City. Overall, the East showed they weren't nearly as weak as we suspected them to be, as they went 3 2 1. The two losses came early in the weekend with the Seattle Sounders FC downing the Houston Dynamo 2 0 and then on Saturday with the San Jose Earthquakes spanking Toronto FC 3 0.But those results may not be the biggest shocker of the weekend.Chivas shocks Salt LakeWe'll get to the New York and KC games in a moment. The one result that most of us pundits would have pegged as a sure bet for the weekend was Chivas USA at Real Salt Lake. RSL had not lost to Chivas in the last five matches dating back to 2009. It seemed like an easy pick considering how dreadful Chivas USA had looked to start the season.Well, not all things are sure bets in soccer and this one ended up being one of them. Rookie Casey Townsend scored his first ever MLS goal late in the second half to give the Goats the shocking three points. Keeper Dan Kennedy was a beast between the pipes as well making several big stops.RSL held a massive edge in possession, shots and well just everything. It just wasn't meant to be on the night. Does this make RSL a weaker team? Absolutely not, it was one game of 34 and only their fifth regular season loss at Rio Tinto Stadium. Games like this happen but can be good for a team like RSL. Getting a tough loss out of the way early can pave a way for a long spell of success. The main thing to keep in mind is this is still March and the MLS season is a long one. If Chivas USA can build on these three points it will only make the Western Conference that much tougher to figure out.Panic button not pushed in Big AppleAll the talk going into the weekend was surrounding how New York would play against the Colorado Rapids. Based on the 4 1 result, it seems the Red Bulls took full advantage of the bulletin board material that was written about fut 16 coins them all week. Thierry Henry and Kenny Cooper notched two goals apiece in this rout of the Rapids. The result was impressive but it should be quickly pointed out that Colorado was missing two massive elements to their midfield that would have made this a much tighter game. Jeff Lawrentowicz was out with a red card suspension and Pablo Mastroeni was out with an injury. With those two gone, New York had loads of space in the midfield to spread out the Rapids and basically have their way with them. The return of Wilman Conde and Rafael Marquez also certainly helped as the Red Bulls played with a little more grit and toughness in defense.Hans Backe finally had a top notch first XI on Sunday and he showed the rest of the league really what this team is made of here.
